This two-day convention brings elite master teachers from across the country straight to the Bay Area. Join us for an intense weekend of dance, diving into styles like Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Broadway, and Ballroom.
Elevate is designed to inspire and push you beyond your limits, with sessions from 9am to 3pm on both Saturday and Sunday. You’ll get a chance to refine your technique, build new skills, and even audition for scholarships that can lead to more advanced training experiences. Plus, you’ll end the weekend with a showcase to show just how much you’ve grown.

LoRee Kenagy
LoRee Kenagy is a classically educated, award-winning performer, choreographer, and instructor, bringing 20+ years of experience on the stage, in the classroom, and behind the scenes to her passion for tap as an art and social movement. As a nationally featured tap instructor, Director of the WSPA Tap Program, and Founder of TapIn, LoRee’s unique blend of structure, musicality, and creative instruction produces a rich learning environment and some of the country’s top-ranked dance students.
Madison Lydia
Madison Altamirano is a Seattle-based choreographer, educator and creative director who teaches and choreographs across the country. She directs a pre-professional, artistic development program for high school dancers with both a concert/collegiate track and a commercial dance track. Additionally, Madison works as a rehearsal director and creative consultant for Dope Girl Movement Agency; helping to bring equity and opportunity for dancers and choreographers in the PNW. Some of Madison's choreography and dance credits include Bumbershoot Music Festival, Mackenzie Zeigler, Seattle Repertoire Theatre, Lululemon, Sonoma State University, and COterie Contemporary Company. While honored to be able to choreograph and direct for various companies and studios across the US, her proudest accomplishment is watching former students living their dance dreams. She has former dancers in Royal Flux Dance Company, Cirque de Solei, Sabrina Carpenter Short & Sweet Tour, dance teams for the NBA and NFL, and attending USC Kaufman School of Dance, Suny Purchase, and CalArts for their BFA in Dance and more. Madison is passionate about helping dancers grow their artistic voice and providing dancers opportunities to work in a safe, healthy, and supportive community.
Shelby Weis
Originally from Omaha, Shelby began her dance training with Ballet Omaha and continued her education with Omaha Theatre Company under the direction of Robin Welch. She earned her B.F.A. in Modern Dance Performance from The University of the Arts.
She has danced with Brian Sanders’ J.U.N.K., Omaha Modern Dance Collective, and Behold Modern Dance Collective, gaining a diverse range of performance experience.
As an educator, Shelby has taught dancers of all ages and skill levels across a variety of dance styles in Nebraska, California, Washington, and Wisconsin. She currently serves as the director of Cultivate, a
ballet and modern conservatory program at Bloom Dance Studio in Omaha.
In addition to her teaching, Shelby serves as the artistic director of the Ballet Company of East County's
annual production of The Nutcracker. She is also a member of the judging faculty for Starz, Imagine, and Nexstar competitions, as well as an adjudicator for Omaha Performing Arts. Shelby's additional directing credits include the stagings of Alice in Wonderland and her original ballet, Storytelling. She was nominated for a Shelly Award for her choreography of Crazy for You with Brentwood Theatre Company.
Bianca Brandon
Bianca is a Virginia native who danced competitively and started as a gymnast. She trained since the age of two in various technical styles but Tap, Jazz, Acro and Contemporary are her favorites. A graduate with a BFA from Point Park University in Dance & a minor in Communications. She is also currently a judge for various dance competitions & conventions from the east
coast to the west. Some of her credits include faculty on Abby Lee Dance Company, Virgin Voyages Cruise Line, Holland America Cruise Line, Disney Cruise Line, Disney’s Tale of the Lion King at Disney Land , In The Heights, So You Think You Can Dance, Sheetz, and more.
Jada Malone
Jada Malone is a Professional Dancer and Choreographer with a roster that includes tours around the globe with Mariah Carey and Megan Thee Stallion, additionally she’s worked with Kanye West, The Weeknd, Mimi Webb, Coco Jones, Keke Palmer, Chance the Rapper, and more. She's been all over live televised performances, music videos, Netflix, Sony, and major music festivals. A straight-up game changer, Jada is bringing the heat with her passion for dance and wellness, inspiring the next wave of movers, creators, and trailblazers.
Alex Blitstein
Born a fourth generation San Franciscan, raised in Walnut Creek, Alex Blitstein's dance career began following a decade of competitive gymnastics training.
He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance and Science from San Diego State University. Just two years after graduating he was invited back to receive the prestigious “SDSU Alumni to Watch Award” for his growing record of professional accomplishments and promise for future contribution in the arts.
His passion for dance education paired with a strong technical background has granted him wonderful opportunities to spread his
knowledge, love of dance, and choreography around the world.
Alex's credits include: Jennifer Lopez, Glee, American Idol’s Jessica Sanchez,
Disney Channel, FOX networks "Mobbed", America's Got Talent and dancing in national commercials and industrials for FIAT, Esteé Lauder, Adidas, Genetech, Flash Mob America, and more.
Alex has been a faculty member for some of the largest dance conventions in the world that reach 300,000+ dancers annually (24Seven, Jump, Nuvo, Hollywood Connection and Titans of Dance). As an educator and award-winning choreographer, Alex has traveled the world teaching at universities, competitive studios, and with professional companies and teams. He is the owner/founder of The Dance House Napa Valley and creator of The Dance Map™.
Ema Morgovsky, originally from Boston, Massachusetts, has been dancing for over 16 years! The majority of her dance training has been mainly in Ballroom Dancing in the competitive and creative international Latin and ballroom styles! She currently teaches out of Seattle, Washington with competitive ballroom dance couples, and formation teams!Ema has been a competitive dancer since 7 years old, and has a National US Youth Title, and several accolades across the US in ballroom dancing! Just recently, Emaand her partner competed internationally at the UK Open Championships! Ema is very excited to be a part of Elevate, and inspire young dancers through movement and musicality!
